While we don’t offer live chat right now, our team responds quickly via email to ensure you get the answers you need as soon as possible. Ask your first question now and get a response ASAP!
Do I always talk to the same expert?
We can’t guarantee the same expert every time, but any TechPals expert will review past correspondence prior to helping out, so there’s always continuity! All TechPals team members are highly trained and provide the same level of patient, expert support.
What if I need help with a more complicated issue?
